Note (keybuk): The long binary is the unicode symbol for an ‘en dash’.

Clue to next system: Let’s get Sirius – it’s not tall or green but after setting sail 1,804 years ago this portugese explorer’s settlement sits in a small sedimentary basin, maybe once part of the centralian superbasin.
Answer: Ngalia (Centralian superbasin, Serrao is the explorer, Serrao settlement sits on the planet below Kippax, the only other stations are the Green Enterprise and the Tall Enterprise).

Final message: Congratulations, Commander – you’ve reached the end. You should have everything you need to find us. See you soon.

Community Goal: THE EXPLORER WAS LAST SEEN IN SYSTEM PIC TOK HE RETURNS EACH DAY AT THREE PM GMT

I’m too sleepy to type out the binary 😉 can someone pm keybuk on discord with it for later

Caesar Cipher (Shift +13)
THE EXPLORER WAS LAST SEEN IN SYSTEM PIC TOK HE RETURNS EACH DAY AT THREE PM GMT

Note (keybuk): I decoded this by hand and ended up with a direct cipher of “bbcf”, which the doc previously used as the method. Since this is the same as the two-stage above, and the two stage preserves the “oops” from the CG, I’ve replaced it with this method.

Solution:
Here’s what we know:
● The Red Trader was carrying fish during the incident
● The Asp is Yellow
● A Cobra is due to arrive at 21:00
● The T9 pilot’s route takes them to system Cail
● Dillon never carries cargo
● Someone who wasn’t carrying cargo will arrive in Apademak at
● A trader called Kohl will arrive in Cail at 10.00
● Granger doesn’t carry cargo. He hangs around Apademak

Placing this into a logic grid doesn’t reveal a complete solution; the puzzle missing a third system name, and a second time. The ‘Alpha’ clue ends right where the time should be.

PTO.

But solution is possible if we assume that since Granger hangs around Apademak, they are not arriving. This eliminates the need for a third system name, and a third time:

grafico1

Thus we get:
● Dillon will be arriving at Apademak at 21.00 in a Cobra;
● Granger hangs around Apademak in a Yellow Asp;
● Kohl, a Trader, will be arriving at Cail at 10.00 in a Red T9;
● Either Dillon or Granger may be the bounty hunter.

Drew Wagnar explicitly states in a twitch interview that “He does not know who the bounty hunter is,” the sex is not known.

Complimenti davvero a tutti quelli che hanno contribuito e risolto l’enigma!
